Accessing our Systems

Once your account is activated, you will be able to log into various systems here at MWCC. To access these systems and services, you will need your username and password given to you when you activated your account. The following table introduces most of the systems you may use as an employee, including what they are, what the username/password is linked to, and how to access them.

Web portal - provides single sign-on to web applications, provides news and event information to MWCC students, staff and faculty

Login in with email credentials.  Employee accounts expire every 90 days.

System-generated username.

Username is made up of first initial, last name (may be truncated), random number.

Password is set by user upon activation. It must meet 3 of the 4 minimum requirements: at least 8 characters, upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters

iConnect - Mobile App

The iConnect mobile app provides mobile-optimized access to many of MWCC's resources.

Password Changes/Reset

MWCC accounts are managed by iConnect / QuickLaunch. When your password is set to expire at 90 days, you will receive an email from the system to reset your password. Please change your password prior to the expiration. If you are unable to complete the multifactor authentication, please contact helpdesk at 978-630-9401.

Wireless access - EduroamAccess to MWCC wireless network
Eduroam is the preferred everyday WiFi network for students, faculty and staff. The network's encryption level provides protected access to confidential, critical information. MWCC students, faculty and staff can easily connect to the WiFi network at another eduroam institution without the need to gain guest credentials. There are over 5,000 institutions using Eduroam around the world - see list
Linked to iConnect. All students, faculty and staff will use their network username and mwcc.mass.edu to access Eduroam.Click here for instructions to connect to Eduroam.
Home Drive - OneDriveAll full-time employees have their own personal OneDrive, located in Office 365. All documents should be saved on the employees personal OneDrive. iConnect AnnouncementsNeed to post an announcement to students, staff or faculty, post it on iConnect!iConnect announcements replace e-mails that were originally sent to the entire college. The portal offers one location to provide all upcoming event information. Its calendaring system allows people to register for events, and sign up for reminders via text message or e-mail.Log into iConnect, click the Forms & Documents tab, then scroll down and click "iConnect Announcement / Event Request".
