Answers to the Most Frequently Asked Questions
Outside the fitness center, members of the MWCC Phi Delta Chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society will conduct the 10th annual "Project Graduation," food drive. All graduates and their guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to the rehearsal or ceremony, which will be donated this year to the Gardner Community Action Committee in Gardner.
If you can't be at the graduation, view it live! The ceremony will be streamed live in its entirety by MWCC. A link will be provided on this page shortly before the streaming begins.
In association with the Broadcasting and Electronic Media Program and the MWCC Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), we are pleased to offer the 2014 Commencement Ceremony in DVD format. This professional quality, edited DVD of MWCC's 2014 Commencement Ceremony will be available for a limited time at a cost of $15.00 each. This cost includes the cost of shipping and handling. Fifty percent of the profits from the sales of the DVD will go to MWCC's Phi Delta Chapter of the PTK Honor Society. PTK students will be donating the other 50% of the profits directly to MWCC's Students Serving Our Students (SOS). An online order form will be available soon.

Parking lot E (see directions and parking below) will be reserved for those with disabilities and will be available for parking begining an hour before commencement. Reserved seating near the exit is available for those guests requiring it. Reservations can be made using the reserved seating request form. An ambulance and Emergency Medical Technician will be on-site.
The commencement ceremony will take place in the Fitness & Wellness Center, located in the Vietnam Veterans Physical Education Complex at the Gardner Campus. Parking lot E, near the loading dock, and across from the Fitness and Wellness Center, will be reserved for guests with disabilities. It will be closed the entire day of commencement until one hour before the ceremony. Click here for complete directions to the college and a parking map.
Immediately following the commencement ceremony, the college will host a reception for graduates, their family, friends, and college faculty and staff. The reception is located in the Commons area where refreshments will be served. There is no charge for the reception.
The official commencement photographer (Commencement Photos, Inc.) will be taking pictures of each graduate at the ceremony and will contact each graduate directly regarding the purchase of prints.
