You will need to activate your account before you can use many of the services ITS offers. Please follow these instructions to set up your account. Have your MWCC ID (8-digit number) ready.
When you first activate your account, your username and password will be the same for most systems. Some systems may have their own password completely separate from anything else. A table on the Accessing our Systems page lays out which accounts are linked to which systems. The information below will go over how to set or reset those passwords.
The same credentials are used to log into iConnect and to on-campus computers, Teams, SharePoint, and the wireless network
On campus:
• Press CTL-ALT-DEL at your desktop and then click "Change a password"
Off campus:
• Go to iconnect.mwcc.edu - iConnect
• Under the iConnect Login window, click on Employee Password Reset.
• Enter your username, answer your secret question and then enter your new password. Then click "Reset Password"
If you cannot remember your password for your email, you will need to contact the Helpdesk at 978-630-9401 and the team will help you with resetting your password.
All full-time faculty and staff have access to their own personal cloud storage with their Office 365 account. It's accessible from almost any internet-enabled device. To learn more about it and how to access and manage it, click here.
Adding a picture to your MWCC account will help others recognize you, as well as help personalize your communications (via Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
