Record your name for voice mail	Select the messages key on the phone Enter your passcode and # Enter the * key (to go to the CommPilot portal) Enter 3 (the Greetings menu) Enter 1 (name greeting) Follow the prompts from there.
How to re-record a new name for voice mail	How to re-record a new name for Voice Mail. From your phone, press the voice mail envelope and enter your password/passcode and #. Press the * key (to go to the voice portal). Press 3 (greeting menu). Press 1 (record your name).
How to change your voice mail password/passcode.	From your phone, press the voice mail envelope and enter your password/passcode and #. Press the * key (to go to the voice portal). Press 8 (to change your passcode).
Voice Mail Options	Voicemail stored on phone with a red light indicator (same as prior phone system) Voicemail in the form of a .wav file is forwarded to your email address, no red light indicator, voicemail not stored on physical phone Voicemail stored on phone with a red light indicator, email message, no .wav file, indicating that you have received a voice mail Voicemail stored on phone with a red light indicator and a copy of the voicemail in the form of a .wav file is emailed to your email address.
Accessing Voicemail off Campus	Call your phone number (978)630-9XXX or (978)630-9500. When you hear the welcome greeting press *. Enter your password, follwed by the # sign Press 1 to access your voicemail box Press 3 to record your greeting followed by the # sign. Please call your phone number to make sure your message is correct.
